I would not recommend this place for billing department. My insurance card clearly states that claim should go thru different group. They didn't follow the direction and billed me for full amount. When I called insurance and got the direction and clearly gave them the instruction, they refused to follow and claim that it is not their responsibility to sort thru the insurance. I rather want to go to other service which would provide better billing instruction. Paying full fee for the service is tremendous financial bundles and obviously the billing department does not care hassles of the patients.
